fomaroj, Hill's Thunderbird Center (Google search it online) not only sells that tube (advertised as an exact duplicate) but the have a number of old Tbirds in stock that they may scavenge an original from for you. Maybe worth a call.

Dan, I feel your pain, what a bummer! Obviously someone knew the value of an original setup like that for a TBird. I'd be watching the trade papers and Hemmings For Sale Ads for it to appear. Hopefully you might get lucky. Best of luck tracking it down.
