    Junction block I believe you are referring to the fusable link in the Thunderbird. This link should burn in two before your electrical system gets fried. It is a smaller wire. Do not know what gauge wire. Ford may still sell the fuse link.

    You may need new hoses. Could be a flow restriction somewhere. It might very well get more restricted as you use it.

    Window safety relay I'm thinking the relay is on the firewall (engine side) almost directly in front of the driver's seal. Mounted on a rubber block.

    License plate lights: As I recall, these lights are pushed into the hole from the outside. I expect they may be pryed out.

    Brake light switch would be mounted on the master cylinder on 1962 Thunderbird.

    You may need a new brake light switch. You could jumper the leads on the brake light switch (bypassing the switch) to see if the brake lights work. The brake light circuit goes through the turn signal switch. Ypour problem may be there.
