I own a 1994 Ford Thunderbird with a 3.8 v-6. The right front turn signal only seems to be working part of the time. Sometimes it will act just like the bulb is burnt out
(the rear light will flash really fast and the front one will do nothing). Then a couple of days later it will work again. This problem has been getting worse in the last couple of weeks or so. Thank you for any help you may be able to give!

This sounds similar to my '97 turn signal. However, the condition only occurs when using the "lane changing" position on the right turn signal. On mine, you can occasionally hear bits of broken plastic being stirred by the steering wheel when doing a 90 degree turn.

I'm sure a detent on my turn signal switch is sheared off. It was always sensitive to the steering wheel position before allowing the turn signal switch to engage.
I probably got aggravated by it and forced it into position. Now it is getting revenge.
