I have question about a thunderbird i'm looking at. Don't know the year for sure, but know its this body style, and it has the 3.8 in it. The guy said it won't shift till 31mph, then 51mph, but when it does shift, its normal and smooth. Is this something serious? Or is it just an adjustment on a cable or something? My bro's gonna take a closer look, and take it for a drive sometime this week. Thanks for your help.
