I for one am grateful for all the “Free” information and advice I get from this forum. If I wanted to sell something for free there is always Craigslist. If he wants a specific market like a Thunderbird group then sometimes you have to pay for that. This site isn’t free to run.

It is a well known fact that when someone harps on homophobic outburst like this, that person is usually trying to deal with his homosexual feelings.
Obviously there are homosexual tendencies that this poster is dealing with, and my guess is, he is striking back the only way he knows how.

A forum is not an easy thing to run, and sometimes moderating it can be a thankless job. There are a number of Thunderbird forums out there and I chose this one -- that should certainly give it some merit. I appreciate the fact that it's here, and I enjoy using it. I believe I'm speaking for most of us.

As the owner of this forum and the one who has paid to keep it on line for the last 11 years I take no offense to low life comments like the one above. Of course I will ban this user and edit the comment but it goes to show you that this individual is not the usual type of user that comes here for the benefits this offers.

There are costs associated with everything in life and this forum is one of those things that require a monthly sourcing of funds to keep it running - if it was my choice to charge a fee to post items for sale or wanted, then that was my choice. If people don't like that then no one should certainly take the heat for it but me. But having said that I wish everyone here love, peace, and happiness.

I appreciate this forum as well. although the 77-79 section isnt as active as it used to be but that doesnt stop me from coming here and sharing my knowledge of our favorite cars. Hey Paul dont you have a t-top bird as well? its been a while might not be you that I am thinking about.
