I just repaired a rip in the drivers seat and the guy told me to switch the back of the drivers seat with the passenger since one gets more wear.

I have the seats out....but want to swap the backs, how do I take the chrome off that holds the nut / bolt to unhook the back ? Other then that, it is looking good! jim

You know that is what I thought but I hated to ruin them...they seem not willing to come off and I know better then to force things....I will look at again and see....thanks jim

Boaterbob was right....just take a flathead screwdriver and work the chrome pieces out. Not a scratch left on it so I appreciate your help jim
