Wow GPHRPS, I appreciate the advise on synthetics possibly leaking in Birds.
I normally put Amsoil in all of my old vehicles because I believe it is the finest oil made and want to be overly kind to my old vehicles, but after hearing what I believe is reallly sound advise, I believe I'll stick with what was recommended for Birds when I receive my '55 this coming Tuesday.
I haven't noticed any leaks under my old cars, but with my old eyes it sure may be.........
