First post!
I did some searching but I didn't find what I was looking for - if the thread exists - sorry about that.
I have a 1966 tbird that I'm in the process of removing the engine and trans, getting both rebuilt and reinstall.
I'm working in a drive way and I have access to a cherry picker and the car is on ramps, have a floor jack as well.
I'm wondering for putting the engine back in - can I have the engine and trans bolted together and with the car on ramps & manage to put in both at the same time? I'm worried about the cherry picker height and being able to get both into the engine bay and somehow and be able to swing the tranny upwards once in the bay over the cross member and into place.
Any ideas here would be helpful.
