I stumbled across this car on evil-bay and something in me snapped... I have a feeling this car has a story... Anyone, especially anyone in SoCal know what it is???

Anyway I liked it so much I bought it. No It isn't for sale. Anything anyone might know about it would be greatly appreciated.
