Surely everyone has run into the same problem I have if you own one of these T-birds.. The chrome is yellow or non existant, and looks like total garbage especially if you have recently painted your car. I have come up with an awesome way to restore your original mouldings to better than perfect shape. Here are some pics.

These made such an incredible difference!
If anyone would like theirs redone let me know I will be glad to do them, and I'm really interested to know what anyone thinks!

I like your idea and I am interested in talking with you about it. I recently remedied this very same problem on my car by creating the moldings out of fiberglass. I took an old piece of molding and pulled a skin to recreate the molding. The fiberglass is lightweight and will not curl on the ends. Please write me back if this process interests you.
