WTB 57 Dial O Matic Setup

Hey gang... I have been a victim of parts theft from my storage facility. Unfortunately, I don't go there very much, and the parts have been gone for 2 years already.

Anyway, now I need to find another Dial O Matic setup for my car, a 57, which was indeed originally equipped with it.

Anyone have one, or know of someone who does have it?
