Windshield trim removal

I am restoring my 57 Bird and would like to remove the inner and outer windshield trim
Can some one advise how to do it please?

As far as the inside is concerned, you just remove the screws holding it in. The top and sides are done the same way.

The outside trim, at the bottom, cannot be removed without removing the windshield.
