window saftey relay location

My son and I just picked up this t-bird and almost everything works. car is in fantastic shape! just would like to cruise it with the windows down. I have power to terminal block comming from the starter relay, and power going out but it looks to dead end at the window saftey relay. does anyone know where this item is located? It is not anywhere under the dash. I am going to the trunk to look at relays there next.

Seems I recall that it is located on the firewall, engine side, near the throttle linkage. Mounted on a rubber block.
