Will these fit on my 64?

Hello,

I was wondering if a set of reverse offset 14 x 7 inch Astro Supremes with a P195/70 R14 tire would fit on my 64 Thunderbird? I'm obviously not worried about the height of the rim and tire since it's smaller then factory, its the reverse offset I'm wondering about.
