All valve covers for FE engines will fit FE engines. If you put 1964 or earlier valve covers on a 1965 or later, you will not have an oil filler unless you change the intake manifold. 1964 and earlier had oil filler in the intake manifold. 1965 and later had oil filler in the valve cover as well as the PCV valve location.
