Turn signal indicators failure

Hi guys,

Has anybody tried to feed the turn signal indicators with the power going to the front turn signal lights? My idea was that the power would be enough and by doing this you can leave the turn signal indicator relay under the dash aside.

Mike I have done that many times on the 1965/66 Thunderbirds. Very easily done. The wires run very close to each other. Harley

I'll try to fix the under dash relay just for sports. If I give up I'll use the power going to the turn signal lights. I have already located the wires and it looks like a ten minutes job to fix.
