I sent a thread about replacing my ignition cylinder and ahving Carb problems.
1) to replace the ignition cylinder. On the ignition switch there is a spring on the outside. There is a small pin under the spring. If you push in the spring the cylinder pops right out. Upon installing the new cylinder just push down on the pin on the cylnder and push it in.
2) I had to prime my Carb if the car sat for more than a week. I check with the rebuilder. He suggested that I take a look at the automatic choke. I adjusted it and it seems to have corrected my problem. I just have to wait one week to try it.
