Just found you guys. Little back ground on me. Been playing with cars for most all of my life, started with AMT kits and graduated to the real thing at the tender age of 12....my dad's fault, he always had a high performance something, mostly Chrysler Corp.
Switched to Fords after returning from Nam in 66 been here ever since. Have built and owner more than I would like to think about. Had a couple of keepers that I let go...my first Ford, a 63 1/2 with a Z-code, 4-speed, 3:89 T-lock from the factory, a 70 Boss 302, a 85 Turbo Coupe, a 90 Super Coupe, 99 Cobra, 03 Cobra and a bunch of others in the middle.
Have built/restored from the ground up a 62 rag and coupe bird, now working on the wife's 65 Special Landau. Drive train is completed, engine compartment painted and detailed, made repairs to the floor pans and quarters, started the roof repair (need the rear upper section, rusted beyond salvage) and put primer on several areas yesterday.
Looking forward to helping others and gleaning info as well from this board. Bill
