installing dash speakers

I'm wanting to replace the speaker in my dash. I have seen the two screws in the metal part of the front dash that is near the window under which is the speaker. My question is; are they any clips hoding this part of the dash or does any one know of a trick to remove this dash part. My dash is in great conditon so I'm being extra cautious to make sure I dont cause any damage to it while removing. Also if you have any additonal advice on installing a sound system in a glamour bird please pass it on. Thanks for your help.
