HELP! Radio Ringing?

Im not sure if its T-Bird only, or what, but my 92 T-Bird seems to be ringing in the radio. (Like REAL LOUD)

Is this an alternator problem? Some kind of spark plug malfunction? Head Unit problem? Wiring? Really its got my mind blown!

Check this out, it gets more bizzare.

When its COLDER OUT, it rings MORE.
IF the frequency (on the radio) is lower, it rings MORE.
92.3 RINGS REAL LOUD
while 104.7 does not ring as loud

Im really confused, help!

LOL i have the same problem with my 90 tbird. im but mine gets louder when you step on the gas so i thin its my regulator in my alternator.
