Has anyone seen or heard of errors/missing information on the early data plates for a 1957 Thunderbird? The production code on the original data plate on my car is "23L111P". When compared to all other data plates I've come across there are always 6 numbers between the "L" character and the "P" character. I also have the original sales invoice and everything matches up except the production code which is "23L330111P". I've searched the forums and internet with no luck. Any help would be appreciated!
