dash light and toggle

Okay...I saw someone else had a question concerning the same topic... I have a 66 hardtop, no air or fancy switches.... It has a toggle switch with the letter "F" on it right below the window wiper switches and then a red light (need to replace the bulb) next to that? What do those stand for?

Also I have a red rectangular light on the middle console...I take it that is the seat belt light? Any help appreciated, thanks jim
