I have a 65 T-Bird that I would like to sell. My parents bought it in 1968 and were the second owner of the car. Last time I ran the vehicle was in 1995. It has been sitting ever since. I don't have the time to restore it. We are getting ready to do a house remodel and will put in a new garage where the car sits now in a carport. So, I need to part with it.
Last weekend I pulled the spark plugs and shot a small amount of WD 40 down each cylinder. After connecting a battery, the engine turned over freely. The salt air here in Morro Bay has created a fair amount of rust on the vehicle.
I'm more concerned about the car going to someone who will restore it, not about what price I can get out of it. So, if you are interested, let me know.
