'62 Bird In its new nest. Where do I start for restoration info?

Well, after 5 yrs of sitting in Ohio, my wife and I have finally pulled down my 1962 TBird. Its time to rebuild it from the ground up. Any good ideas on where to start?

Also, get the 62 Ford Thunderbird Factory Service Manual. They are on eBay once in a while-cheap.
