Long story, but it appears I'm missing the two bolts that go through the middle of the hinge and bolt to a nut plate in the pillar. I can find no illustration of this particular assembly so I'm flying blind. The holes in the hinge do not line up with the holes in the nut plate. Not sure how to proceed. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
