This is a 1964 Ford Thunder Bird Convertible. Black on Black. V8 390 power plant.

One owner since 1998. Underwent a considerable refresh from 2003-2006, the cost of which totaled over $25,000. Since the restore, the car has been in storage since 2008 in San Diego (has been regularly started and moved).

The Engine has been completely rebuilt. There has only been 200 miles put on the motor since the rebuild. While this motor is not number's matching, the car is VIN coded for a 390 and the new motor looks original. The carburetor has been replaced as well.

Transmission has been rebuilt.

Radiator has been re-cored.

Convertible top has been restored and converted from the unnecessarily complicated vacuum system to a much more reliable solid state setup. This work was done in Southern California by Nick's Thunderbirds. The top is completely functional.

The Exterior has been re-painted, re-chromed, and re-wheeled to include Kelsey Hayes Wire Wheels. Tires have been replaced.

Interior has been re-upholstered.

This would make a great cruise night vehicle or an awesome summer weekend car!

Folder with documentation and appraisal at hand.

Asking $15000. Will entertain reasonable offers. 858.876.8513. [email protected]. My name is Kevin Greene.
