New to your site guys and was directed here by some Mopar folks that though this was the place to contact a real T-Bird enthusiast. Looks good so far.
What i have for sale is a 63 Princess Grace Edition T-Bird that just sets in the climate controlled garage under a cover. I drive it about twice a year. As you probably know they only produced 2000 of these cars and this is #808. Perhaps the rarest of the birds. Cant be many left in this condition at 47 yrs old. This is not a #1 car but the price reflects that however it falls in the low #2 or the high #3 range. I'll post pics this evening if i can figure it out. Been told to call Barrett/Jackson for this one but i really dont think that's necessary. The car is located in West Plains, Mo. and will drive anywhere but i can assist with delivery. My asking price has been $18,000 but will consider a reasonable offer but no trades. If you would like to contact me please feel free to do so at 417-293-0116 cell days. Please leave a message and i will return your cal. You can email me at [email protected] and i will send pics in the reply. We are very partial to AMERICAN cash.
A BIG bonus is the history, This car was purchased by the Teamsters local #13 in Denver and the then president, John Saulter Sr. drove this car as his perk car. Upon his retirement he brought the car with him to Missouri. Upon his death his son, John Jr., inherieted this piece of history and i bought it from him. John Jr has said that during the time their family lived in Denver he has seen his father pull this car into the driveway with none other than Jimmy Hoffa in the passenger seat. The story lends credibility to the fact the guys would drive the car over the mountains from Denver to Vegas to check on business so as to avoid shutterbugs at the airport. This was the car in the day of Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, and Marylin Monroe. Thanks for the listing.
