    Antenna disconnection and cable

Seems odd for a 66. I removed my mast for the exact same reason, a cover, and all I had to do was unscrew it from the base. I couldn't just retract it because my electrical is screwed but I had no trouble removing it at all :-) sounds like you might have an aftermarket already

    Electrical Issues

Anybody a wiring genius? Been playing with my 66 fuse panel to try and sort out why over half of my electrical isn'tworking. Shorter list is the heater and battery guage work and iI have tail lights but that's all. Replaced fuses, no dice. Looking at the fuse panel figure in the shop manual and...

    Wheel Sacrifice

wheel sacrifice Based on my 66, you're going to have to raise up the back a bit. Mine came with 60's and were removed to ship the car. Now I can'tget them back on without lifting both axle & body on separate jacks. You might have to sacrifice either the skirts or the wheels depending which way...

    Car Cover recommendation

I purchased a generic car cover from Costco for about forty bucks, can be used in or out of doors and covers the car almost down to the rockers. With some manipulating I'm sure it would. Very happy with it, does a great job protecting my '66 while it sits on my driveway waiting for a spot in the...

    Parting Out 66 Tbird Landau

Wiring I'm looking for circuit breakers off the fue box, more likely the entire fuse panel with the circuit breakers. Fuses I have to spare. This will likely progress to an entire wiring harness so let's skip the middle man and I'lljust ask you your price on the entire wiring harness, front to...

Just wanted to say thanks for the wiper control module. It arrived just the other day and it's exactly what I need. Unfortunately it's minus 40 here so the install will have to wait a bit but it will sure be nice to actually be able to see where I'm going once it's done :) Thanks again!

    66' Interior

Anyone know where I can find door panels for my 66'? The originals are a creamy beige & am looking to go white. The backboards on the original panels are too far gone to restore and dye, as is the dash but Ihave a workaround for that. Just need the pangels in white preferably.

New Here, will have lots of questions

That's exactly it. I have the vent switches in but nothing where the wipers should be. Didn't notice a cable when I opened up the clock pod but, that said, I also found what appears to be a wiring harness laying loose in the trunk. Give me a price for that switch and I'll send you my mailing...

New Here, will have lots of questions

Thanks. I pulled apart the section of the dash where the wiper switch should be and it's entirely gone. I'll have to look further into it but I'm curious if maybe the wipers were previously converted over to electrical as I can only find a red/black lead and a white one that aren't hooked to...

New Here, will have lots of questions

Thanks, Steve. I changed most of the fuses out. Seems there'sa lot of 7.5 amp fuses in the panel. Thanks for the tip on the wipers too, think I'm going to be replacing a lot of parts on this car, starting with the wiper controls :-) I noticed yesterday that they're totally missing. This is...

New Here, will have lots of questions

Thanks, Bob. That much I had figured out. Actually, it appears that the controls for the wipers are missing completely, which would explain a lot. I just got the car home yesterday so I'm discovering stuff as I go. :-)
