I guess you know engine has to be running for wipers to work
The fuse panel is behind the kick plate in the passenger side foot well. The wipers are hydraulic, so something else is going on there. For the others, check the fuses, but don't rule out switches, bulbs and/or relays on these old cars.

Thanks, Steve. I changed most of the fuses out. Seems there'sa lot of 7.5 amp fuses in the panel. Thanks for the tip on the wipers too, think I'm going to be replacing a lot of parts on this car, starting with the wiper controls I noticed yesterday that they're totally missing. This is what happens when you buy online, right?
That's exactly it. I have the vent switches in but nothing where the wipers should be. Didn't notice a cable when I opened up the clock pod but, that said, I also found what appears to be a wiring harness laying loose in the trunk. Give me a price for that switch and I'll send you my mailing address. I looked at your profile & it says you're in California. I'm in Canada so I should at least pay the duty and shipping
