You should see the anti-freeze in the tank. If you see it and it is an inch or so deep you're there. Filling the tank up will rersult in it "puking" when turned off after a heat soak. This is normal as the water/anti-freeze will expand as it gets hot. Just don't add any more and it will stop...

Mount the outers as close to the frame rails on the flat part of the floor that the upper seat back is bolted to. Make sure you use the big washers that are provided.

Agreed, the 62 was to be a keeper but when you're offered 15K for the car it is darn hard to say no. Especially when a 62 Bird convertible was the true love of your life. Yup, I think 3.5K would be a very good deal for the "pay for it" guy, 2.5K would be good for just about anybody.

Leave the interior for last. If something goes wrong it won't matter with the old one in there plus you have to take parts of it out from time to time to fix things, best to practice with the old stuff then when you have the bucks for the new interior it will be a snap to put it in.
