    Sounds great!...for a few seconds

I still would question making adjustment to items that you had working fine in the first place. I had an Edelbrock intake on one we got rid of this past spring and it ended up getting an edelbrock carb as well since the original carb would never run right, the guy I got the car from said it was...

Trunk Weatherstrip Application on a '63

If you happen to have a parts catalog from Macs it is illustrated in there. If I was computer literate and knew how to get the pic on there I would. They will send you a catalog for free I know, but not certain how quick you are trying to get this done its macsautoparts.com if you need it

    Sounds great!...for a few seconds

Sounds like a vacumn problem. You obviously have fuel and spark else it wouldnt start at all. If car was running fine before the replacement intake thats where I would start. If you start making adjustments to areas you hadnt messed with it will probably end up worse

    '63 T-bird (Monaco)

Good luck trying to figure how many still exist. You can try going on tbirdregistry.com and in the search menu check under cars by body style. I believe they are listed on there along with the 65 Special Landau. You will find a pretty good idea of how many are registered and what countries they...

    Seat belt holders

I am looking for a piece I have only seen in pictures. Its for a 65 and it is a small bucket that the seat belt buckle goes in when not in use. From what I can tell it appears to clip to the lower metal seat trim and keeps the buckle between the console and the seat, instead of the floor. Any...

    Brake lights????

I agree, without the manual it's kind of impossible. If you need a little info before you get a manual go on tbirdranch.com and scroll down the left column, in there is a whole write up on the sequential lights and different problems and cures as well. Do get the manual though

    Brake lights????

Dont know if I would call it easy. The bag is more or less of a rubber board which the relays mount to and then is wrapped with a sort of insulation and then wrapped with tape. I seriously doubt you will find them at any parts store like Napa. They turn up from time to time on ebay, just watch...

    Brakes???

Actually I think letting gravity work on it did better than any thing else. The car stopped perfect before but it needed the hoses replaced to pass inspection. I think the hoses are somewhere between 12-14 inches long each so I guess in the scope of things that is a fair amount of air to get...

    Brake lights????

Remove your spare tire and attatched to the back panel on the pass side of the car will be the bag with all your relays. There are quite a few plugs coming out of it and then 2 nuts that hold it on the back panel, if I remember there is a ground strap as well. Inside that pack is the t/s...

    Brakes???

Bled them manually. to begin with had no brakes. After getting fed up with it I opened all the bleeder screws picked up the frt end, filled the master cyl up and let it alone to have gravity work on it. After awhile went back to it closed all the bleeders and re bled it refilled the master and...

    Brakes???

Replaced both frt brake hoses, due to age, bled the brakes repeatedly and now have nothing but a pedal to the floor. Brakes were perfect before this. I have bled brakes on our other 65s with no problems but this one has left me pulling my hair out. Any suggestions or ideas?............ :banghead

NEED HELP pulling door panel in 62 HT

There is a retainer clip behind the handle. You can get a tool to remove it at your local parts store, just tell them what you are doing. The clip is U shaped so when it is pushed back it will release. Pull the handle off the stem and away you go
