Questions regarding a 95 V8. On the tailights(the section in the trunk not the quarterpanel) Is the parking light illumination repairable? It doesnt work on one side. The valves tap when you get on the motor hard. Are there 2 timing BELTS on the 4.6? How difficult and $ to replace? Will 2003 cobra 275/40/17 oem wheels fit with no mods? Thanks in advance.

The tailights that are trunk mounted, are not accessible, unless you cut them open. And even if you do that, the actual LED's inside were custom made by Hewlett-Packard, and no replacements are available.

Your best bet is to either buy a new one from a Dealer (approx. $200) or get one from a junkyard.($75)

Visit www.tccoa.com and look at the Tech Articles. In the exterior section, you will find details on what is inside that tailight. That information in that article was provided by myself.

There are no timing "belts", instead there is chain.

The T-Bird has a different bolt pattern than the Mustang, so the Cobra wheels will not fit. Aftermarket companies make Cobra style wheels for the T-Bird.

Hope this helps............
