Red face Climate Control

I took my climate control out trying to get to an aftermarket sterio (by the way you can not get to it from their) when I put it back I am getting a -40 as my outside temp and since the climate control works off of that temp its not working. You can leave it set at 60 which is the lowest it can be set and then use the manual fan controle. Does anyone know what I could have pulled loose? Their are only four connections on the back and I reconnected those.

Thumbs up

Just so all know, the climate control reset itself after the engine was off overnight.

My outside temp was also reading -40. The a/c believed it and blew hot air. Turned out to be the charge air temp sensor. Very easy to replace, cost less than $50.00. Interestingly, the local Ford dealership told me they would have to r/r the entire dash & instrument panel...>$1000.00 labor! Dis one got away!!
