Replacing Seat covers & cushions...and headliner

Hi!! I have a 1994 T-Bird, and it needs some serious help....so it has leather seats, and they were not taken care of...I had seen on a tv show where you can purchase the complete cushion and cover for the seat, basically you peel off the old cover and cushion and you are left with just the frame.

So I am wondering if anyone on here has any idea where I can find these at? I have scoured the net and can not find anything.

Next question is about the headliner...has anyone changed it in their car? Or did you take it somewhere to have it done? If you did it then where did you purchase the replacement liner from? If you had someone else do it, and are perhaps in the Charlotte, NC area where did you have it done?
