1997 T-bird L/x ?
Hi i just bought a 97 T BIRD LX with the 3.8 v/6 and i was hoping some one could help me out with a couple questions ok on the side of the shifter theres a o/d button will i need to push this button all the time or is it more for highway or freeway use and what speed should i apply it,ok heres another one under the arm rest next to the trunk release button theres another button that says traction control what is that all about lol. thanks for any help...merry christmas...

This is very simple - just leave the O/D overdrive button on all the time - its not something you need to touch at all. Overdrive simply reduces the engine RPM's at highway speeds for better fuel economy.
Merry xmas!
