CEL for DPFE Sensor

Hello Everyone I'm new here and am looking for some help finding parts for my 95 Bird 4.6 with 160k miles on the old girl. I'm the orginal owner and what a great car this has been. But the problem is it has a bad DPFE sensor and the mechanical shop wants 208.00 to fix this. If I can buy the sensor I do have some ability to work on the car. Just need the right direction to get the part and a little info. on installing it. I would appreciate it much.

Thanks for your help.
Ed

First go to your local Advance auto parts, They should have the part or at least be able to get you one. Then, if you already haven't, hit the book store fr the Hayne's manual. This book is god to anyone who loves their car. Also, if the bok is unclear at all, The auto parts store should be able to clarify. Good Luck.
