Irs

I need some help from the experts!!!!!!!! I'm building a 56 f100, and would like to keep it all FORD! I would like to install a IRS from a tbird. I need to know how wide from DISK to DISK where wheel mates. I want disk with 5x4.5 bolt pattern. I've been told that a 95 super coupe will work, and was wondering what others might be the same?
Thanks, Twisted56

I am not sure of the exact dimensions. However you should check out the cobra IRS as well.

I'm new and was looking for some IRS info.

What I do know is all '95 and similar T-birds have 5 x 108 mm (4.25") wheel patterns. Super Coupes have disks, others have drums. Some years of Cobras have 5 x 4.5" wheel pattern. Most of the newer stuff is metric (pattern and lugs).

What I'd like to know is, other than brakes, what's the difference between SC's and other model's rearends/suspensions? Sorry for the minor hijack. Thanks.
