I've owned a 94 T-bird 4.6 for several years. Bought it with 51K miles, now has 130K. Smooth, quiet, powerful, dependable, comfortable, economical. I get 24 mpg if I keep my foot out. The ONLY mechanicel problem-all sensors have been replaced once, now starting over! (Mass airflow, air charge temp, coolant temp sensor, coolant temp sender [yes it has both], oil pressure, throttle position).

I also love my 95' 4.6L 100k. The only tweak I did was to put in a R&N hi-flow cotten air filter, didn't really feel any added performance. I also keep it tuned; use platnuim plugs and only use synth. oil which I highly recommend. I also use 235 60s on the front in the summer so I can corner faster without so much front tire skwealing. I am interested in knowing what you have done to your 4.6 T. drop me a message.
