Need help with engine id #'s

Hi, I have a 1959 t-bird. I went to replace the fuel pump only to find out it is not original engine. The heads cast# is D2TE-AA, the # on the side of engine is3 rows. first row 6H3, second row C3SE6T3, third row BO349ES3C. It has a dual vacume advance dist. When I searched the fuel pump only certain 390 pumps fit and also a 361 58 edsel. The heads appear to be from a 1972 truck now I don't know if it's a 390 or 360. I tried to check the stroke and was over 3.94 I have to do it again and get exact #, but I don't have car here and won't be getting it for another month. A parts guy said it could be a 63- 390 it also has a holley 1850 on it. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance. Tommy"
