Post What's the correct paint color?

My 60 hardtop has an ID plate on the door that indicates the body color as "N". I am told that this means the car is "Diamond Blue". Problem is, that under the carpets, in the trunk, and under the hood, all original paint areas, the color looks like a really pale pastel green. The original interior, light blue dark blue (code51/52) doesn't seem to match. Anybody out there solve this mystery for me? Sure appreciate any info. By the way, Great site!

Easy--You have somebody else's door on your car! Does the Door VIN number match the body stamped VIN numbers?

I have just looked in my book by Alan Tast and it states that paint code N is for diamond blue and trim code 52 is two tone blue. I am new to this forum and are sorry for sending wrong message earlier for interest i own a 60 Sunroof.
