Avoid APC steering wheels...

We recently purchased an APC steering wheel to install on my 79 T-bird. The wheel looks and feels great. However, the adaption kit for late-70's Thunderbirds sucks! It (eventually) fits on, but feels kind of loose. Also, due to the poor craftsmanship of the wheel itself, the mounting holes had to be enlarged for it to even bolt on! Also, due to the poor quality of the adaption kit, the horn is near impossible to hook up. When we actually got it to work, the horn was then stuck on! So now I have a great looking wheel, but no horn. Dont let the slightly lower price sway you. Just a warning for anyone planning to buy an APC steering wheel.
