Looking for 56 Tbird parts

My Dad passed away in April of cancer. He was in process of doing a complete frame off restoration of his 1956 Tbird. Car is being done by a restoration shop. It is almost done. Dad obviously will never have got to drive it. So, my brother and I are taking control of the build and going to have it finished so our Mom can drive it. It has taken 10 years so far on the rebuild as the cost is over $100K. He was having a little done at a time due to cost and his health issues

This is going to be close to a 100 point car. He added A/C, and an alternator. Which may bring point value down.

Our dilema. This is a 312 cid motor with 4 speed manual. Mom is 60 years old and does not want to learn to drive a stick. I dont know where to look to obtain the auto conversion parts.

I know I will need the torque converter, flex plate, trans (which is a Fordomatic), linkages, ring and pinion (gear is a 331 for a 4 speed manual, need lower gear set for the 3 speed auto), all shifter stuff, trans lines, etc.

If anyone could lead me in the right direction as to locating these items, please let me know.
