Silicone brake fluid

I recently rebuilt my complete brake system and decided to go with the silicone fluid. I have noticed that I do not have as much pedal as before ( the pedal goes too close to the floor). Has anyone ever had a similar problem? I am wondering about my booster.
Thanks for any help you may provide.

Not with the silicone (Dot 5) brake fluid. Try another round of bleeding.
