Uploading pictures...by means of a scanner...

Hey! I know that I seem to be full of questions, but I'll figure it out eventually! Anyway, I got some pictures of my 79 Town Landau, and I would like to post them on here. I do not have a digital camera, instead I was hoping to save the pics on my comp. I have a Dell A940 printer/copier/scanner/fax machine, and I was hoping I could utilize it somehow to post my pictures! If anyone is familiar with this machine, or how to get pics on the comp using my method, please let me know. I will greatly appreciate it!

Jim

P.S. I am still relatively new to computer terminology, so please try to explain it in the simplest way possible. Thanks!

Well, since I still have not figured out this issue with the scanner, I have an alternate method of showing you what the car looks like! My screen name is 'The Almighty Jim', so send me an IM and I will send you a page that I found over the internet, with a car that looks EXACTLY like mine. Thanks.

Hello,
I would also like to figure out a way to scan pictures with a scanner (the college's scanner, of course) and let the world see how a brown 78 thunderbird with a spot of rust, a ripped seat, and a 300 horse 400M looks like on 17s. Please, will someone tell me and Jim?

Yay!!

Woohoo! I did it! I have scanned pictures of my car! Turns out that a portion of my printer software was not installed. Either way, if you want to see my car, leave your e-mail address in the 'Leaner and Meaner' section!
