PLEASE tell me how to do that. ive spent the last 45 minutes trying to get a pic in my signature but i cant get it to work.

Pictures stored on your individual computer are blocked by your Internet Service Provider because pictures use too much bandwidth which costs them money. You have to upload and store your pictures to a WebSite that allows access to your stored pictures. A couple of them are free but, most charge a fee. If you want to just put the TIME/TEMP thing in your signature let us know.
