Exclamation Help "EVP circuit below minimum voltage"

My "check engine" light came on, so I decided to test the EEC IV computer and get the codes. After I did that, I looked up the codes and it says "EVP (or DPFF) circuit below minimum voltage". It has something to do with the Egr. What does this mean and what can I do? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
