well i thought the ho had 225 and came only in the mustang.....the so (standard output)
302 for birds and cougars was rated at 155..if i'm wrong somebody correct me.....i wouldnt swear to this..its what i read tho...

The 89-93 5.0 HO V8 had 200 horsepower, compared to the 140 horsepower 3.8 V6. Hope I helped you out.

The only reason I knew that one was b/c I used to have a '93 T-Bird with the 5.0 HO in it. But yes, they did start putting them in the T-Birds in '91.
