tranny problems???
I havea 92 lx 5.0 ho automatic. the problem i have with the car is that it always feels like it is in cruuise control ... when i take my foot off the gas the car does not decelerate... and when i step on the brake when it is in 4th gear (over drive) it feels like the engine is going to cut out before it downshifts and when it does downshift the revs jump about 1000 rpm and then go back to normal... I talked to my mechanic and said that it could be the tranny ... the car only has about 136,000 km. .... ANy ideas on what hte problem could be. :confused:
