Post WTB Supercoupe...advice plz!

Hi everyone. I am new to the forum, and am interested in the '89-'93 T-bird supercoupes.

I have a couple for sale out here in Toronto, and am wondering......what kind of things should I look for to make sure the car is in good working order?

I don't really care about the body as I have full access to body shop equipment, and can fix rust and body work fairly easily. What I am mostly concerned about is the working condition of the engine and actual supercharger system.

Any advice on what to particularly focus on would be great. Thankyou!

Look at the mileage of the car-has it been properly maintained? SCs are very reliable cars when they receive proper maintenance-oil changes every 3k, tranny flush and fill every 30k, coolant flush and fill mid-fall and mid-spring, plugs every year, wires every third year-differential oil changed every 60k.

Most SCs are driven hard and put up wet-most new owners, unless they have done proper research like you are, don't even know that the supercharger does not get its oil from the engine, it has a self-contained oil supply.

You can do more research at www.sccoa.com
