Question New member a few quesitions

Hi
New member with a 1991 Bird LX w/302 (my dream Car)
Have Questions for anyone who can help

#1 My car has electronic climate control and I can get no heat
to come through any of the vents at the heater core feels
hot and is working.

#2 My speedometer is slow and the odometor does not work at all

any helpful hints at all
